We began by personally investing in property more than 15 years ago and have during that period of time learned many valuable lessons. Initially providing support to friends who also invested in property we quickly grew a portfolio of managed properties and have insights to the challenges and pitfalls to avoid. Home Safe London Lettings have over 15 years of experience. We are a dedicated residential online property letting and management service for both UK resident and overseas landlords. The majority of our properties are based in the North and East of London but we do have several in South and West London.
We offer a complete service from refurbishing a property, ensuring all the correct legal paperwork and requirements are in place before marketing the property. Vetting all suitable tenants, full reference checks, inventory service, collection and remittance of rent, quarterly visits to property, up keep of maintenance records and ensuring any maintenance spend approved before being signed off. Tenant check in and checkout service, end of tenancy cleaning.
A good team of specialists work with us thus we can cover all the aspects to making sure that your property is safe hands. These include plumbers, builders, roofers, electricians, carpenters and of course a great selection of handymen and women.
